The Stuarts // Family Shoot

The Stuart family are what I like to describe as “Cosbys meet Obamas on South Beach”. They were such an honor and a pleasure to shoot, full of laughter and good times. Their aura resonated the fundamental principle for any successful family unit, love. Being active members of their community, they always find ways to reach out and help those in need with James (Dad) as the Director of the Police Athletic League Program for the City of North Miami which runs numerous youth enrichment  program within the community.When James and Sandra aren’t making the world a better place (and taking the best family photos ever) they are spending most of their time with their incredible son Jacques. A phenomenal athlete and a honor roll student, Jacques excels in both Football and Track&Field. He currently holds the fastest time in the nation in the 100m dash in his age group (9-10 yrs old) with a stunning time of 12.8sec and will be competing in the USA Track & Field Championship this summer. With the support and guidance from his amazing parents I see such an awesome future for this young man as he is already an inspiration to me and countless others. Follow your dreams, work hard and be dedicated to your craft, and you will excel.

    Wow! I love this shoot because it spews love from every angle (literally) — the love they have for each other, the love they have for life, and last but definitely not least…your love for the camera. Nothing short of amazing. Continued blessings homie :)

    This is awesome…beautiful, postive, loving black families. They should cancel all these reality shows and film a day in the life of this familly.

Moneyede & Darian Engagement

June 13, 2011

What better way to start the summer but with a summer love story. This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting an engagement session for Moneyede and Darian, two successful attorneys. They are two of the most down to earth people I have ever worked with, and although it was a scorching 100 degrees outside, the couple were up for anything with all smiles,truly making it evident that the “laws of love” are sometimes very simple. I look forward to capturing them again as they tie the knot in beautiful Jamaica. Here’s a few of my favorites from their session. Hope you enjoy!
