The Perfect Proposal

I received a phone call from Adrian asking me to shoot his proposal to his girlfriend Latori. From day one, I was pretty impressed with the detailed planning that he put behind creating the perfect atmosphere to pop the question. I mean he left no stone unturned……from the angle of the sun to the birds singing the tune of their song. To begin with, he created the idea of proposing in the same spot where their sparks initially began to fly. He lured her to Barry University Campus under the facade that she was receiving a photo shoot for her birthday. During the first half of the shoot I was trying my hardest to not let the cat out of the bag. As the moment approached, I must admit I got a little nervous and almost dropped my camera….lol Needless to say, everything went according to plan. I was very honored to share their special moment. Congrats once again. P.S. Adrian will be the creative director for my big day when it’s my time…

Gennarro & Monique Engagement

I’ve known Gennarro since the good ol’days in Tallasassee. Let start by saying that this engagement shoot was especially exciting because I was there when Gennarro & Monique first met! Back to the story at hand….These two remind me of storybook romance. He was the star football player and she was the prettiest girl in the school. With the help of Monique’s cousin, Yashica, I was able to bring their novel to life. They looked so good together that I shot the whole shoot with my eyes closed….lol I couldn’t take a bad picture of them if I wanted to! It was a pleasure shooting an old friend with his soon-to-be wife. I look forward to capturing the next chapter of their story during their wedding next summer.
